Being named an RGA Leader of Tomorrow was a great honour to me, but most importantly it confirmed that the work I am doing is important and that it adds value to the company. Exposure to the LOT mentors and mentees also gave me the opportunity to reflect on my own career and get a fresh perspective on various life and non-life insurance topics.
