Guadalupe joined MAPFRE in 2018 in a 360 degrees graduate program called Simbiosis. She acquired different roles in the company and gained opportunities from working in various departments by developing her professional career with an ample vision. Guadalupe's career has taken her to Spain, Germany and Scotland, where she acquired useful skills such as customer service and strong teamwork that allowed her to adapt to new surroundings quickly and smoothly.

As for her personal qualities, Guadalupe is an ambitious, hardworking and active person, eager to drive and motivate people around her. Be it a group project or a business meeting, she is willing to live new experiences and face new challenges.

She graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of Seville and a Masters in International Business from EAE Business School.

She is a lover of multicultures, as well as the international environment.
