Sulim Lee is the Regional Business Development Director within the Regional CEO Office in AIA Group, supporting the Regional CEO in overseeing AIA Indonesia, AIA Australia and Tata AIA. As the Regional Business Development Director, her role is to ensure strategy alignment, align and drive strategic initiatives across a number of different functional areas - including finance, distribution, operations, marketing, technology and others - and play a key role in governance across these countries.

Sulim has served a number of different roles in AIA Group, including Director of Distribution Impact Office in Group Distribution, where she has provided leadership in delivering a number of strategic distribution impact projects across the markets, and as the Head of Management Reporting and Planning in Group Finance overseeing AIA Group’s overall management reporting and strategic planning processes.

Prior to joining AIA in 2016, Sulim was part of Citigroup’s Asia Pacific Investment Banking Team in the Financial Institutions Group, executing M&A, bancassurance and capital market transactions. She holds degrees in Finance and Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering from University of Pennsylvania.
