Nagib has 15 years of experience in the insurance industry across Europe and Asia. He has taken on various roles in different Insurance Departments - Risk Management, Finance, Hedging and Asset Management.
He is now part of the Group Risk Management department at AXA Group, in charge of the Life & Savings inforce management activities. His role is to oversee AXA’s inforce management activities across Europe and Asia. His team supports entities in identifying and implementing actions to mitigate risks and improve the financial performance of the Life inforce portfolios.
Prior to his role at Group Risk management in Paris, Nagib spent 8 years in Asia. The first 5 years were spent in Singapore where he oversaw the hedging of activities of AXA variable annuities portfolios (covering Japan, HK and Australia). He then moved to Hong Kong where he took on various roles in the regional Finance department followed by an asset management role.
Nagib received a master’s degree in computer science from the Université de Technologie de Compiegne (2004). He is married with 2 children. He enjoys playing football and since his time in Hong Kong he became passionate about hiking.
