The Munich Risk and Insurance Center (MRIC) supports research and teaching activities in the area of risk and insurance. The center’s academic program aims to provide a theoretically sound and practically applicable education for students interested in a professional career in the area of insurance, re-insurance, corporate risk management or the financial sector as a whole. The program consists of lectures which focus on key aspects of insurance and risk management at the bachelor’s as well as at the master’s level. The center additionally provides courses on the PhD-level and a two-year master’s program to insurance executives.
