ICMIF Biennial Conference 2019

The ICMIF Biennial Conference is the largest, global gathering of mutual and cooperative insurance leaders, offering unrivalled peer-to-peer networking and the opportunity to debate the key challenges facing the sector.

The theme of the Conference, “The future of mutuality”, will drive an agenda that focuses on the future of the customer-owned model in insurance and how ICMIF members are creating sustainable, competitive advantage.

The Conference will feature leaders from the cooperative/mutual insurance sector as well as external experts from around the world. The first keynote speaker announced is Ross Dawson, a leading futurist, strategy advisor, and bestselling author who will speak on the topic of “Opportunities for mutual value creation”.

The mutual and cooperative insurance sector is the fastest growing part of the global insurance market. ICMIF members, as a collective, perform even better. Find out what strategies, cultures and behaviours are driving this success.

ICMIF has organized a Young Leaders Programme for the Conference. This unique programme is designed for young professionals from mutual/cooperative insurers who have been identified as strong candidates to become future leaders within their organisations. They can attend the ICMIF Conference at a discounted fee and participate in exclusive breakfast sessions and networking events.
