Charles is a result-driven and versatile professional with about 13 years’ experience in the insurance industry. He has played instrumental roles in supporting strategic initiatives, inspiring cross-functional collaboration, and delivering outcomes that contribute to organizational performance and customer satisfaction.

He is currently the Team Lead, Business Planning & Strategy at Custodian, where he co-leads the strategic direction and execution of the enterprise-wide digital transformation project, driving innovation, process improvement, and technology adoption across the group. He also manages the coordination of group-wide strategic planning activities, supports executive decision-making, and drives alignment across multiple subsidiaries. His role requires a blend of analytical insight, structured thinking, and stakeholder engagement.

Prior to his current role, Charles has worked as an Insurance Underwriter and Business Development Executive, where he developed strong competencies in product development, risk assessment, and client relationship management.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Covenant University and is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) and the Risk Managers Society of Nigeria (RIMSON). He remains passionate about continuous learning, delivering value, and contributing to the long-term growth and innovation of the financial services sector.
