Charles Stewart has been with Willis Towers Watson for 18 years and was appointed as the Head of Strategy and Planning in 2015.

Prior to this, Charles was the Managing Director of Strategy for Willis Global, and Managing Director of Sales for Global Specialties between 2008-2013, where he oversaw the sales capabilities and development in this businesses.

Earlier in his career at Willis, Charles held a number of change related roles in placement and operations and technology. Before Willis, Charles was a co-founder of WIRE Limited, a dotcom firm specialising in risk and technology matters. WIRE Limited was acquired by Willis in 2000.
