Supply Chain Crisis: Fueling a Retreat from Globalization?

Covid-19, geopolitics, and climate are increasing fears about dependence on others and a retreat from globalization.
In order to mitigate some of the global economic challenges, countries are now looking more inward and increasing
domestic production and reducing reliance on international trade. Equally, businesses around the world are prioritizing
the resilience of their supply chains and the possibility of reshoring operations, investment in technology and inventory storage.
During this panel we will discuss what an era of deglobalization or slowbalization means for the insurance industry and
how the industry can help corporate customers as they look to improve supply chain resilience.
