In the event you require a travel visa, we have engaged the assistance of East West Planners Pte Ltd (EWP) to assist. The fee for this service is US100.00. payable to EWP.
1. For delegates that have a Singapore Embassy / High Commission / Consulate at your location:
Should this be the case, and as part of your document submission, you will require a Letter of Introduction from EWP. To facilitate the issuance of this letter, please email the following materials to: lisa.kurniawan@eastwestplanners.com
- full name and copy of your passport information page
- arrival and departure schedule and a copy of the confirmed flight booking information/reference
- copy of confirmation from IIS that you are a confirmed registered delegate of the 2023 Global Insurance Forum
- copy of payment confirmation of EWP’s visa assistance fee of USD 100.00
2. For delegates that DO NOT have access to a Singapore Embassy / High Commission / Consulate:
Should that be the case, kindly email the following materials to: lisa.kurniawan@eastwestplanners.com:
- full name and copy of your passport information page
- arrival and departure schedule and a copy of the confirmed flight booking information/reference
- copy of confirmation from IIS that you are a confirmed registered delegate of the 2023 Global Insurance Forum
- copy of payment confirmation of EWP’s visa assistance fee of USD 100.00
NOTE: For accompanying persons, visa applications will have to be done on their own. EWP is NOT able to assist on attendees who are NOT registered delegates.
