The RGA Leaders of Tomorrow program was created to help cultivate the next generation of insurance industry leadership.
Since its inception in 2015, this unique mentorship program has recognized 65+ rising stars from 15 countries. This dynamic panel session
is an opportunity to hear directly from three future leaders in this year’s program who will share their creative thinking on strategic
issues and opportunities in the insurance industry. The panel will feature select members of the RGA Leaders of Tomorrow class of 2022.
